“iZombie” star Matthew MacCaull has scored the role of Commander Steel, one of the members of the Justice Society of America, in the upcoming second season of The CW’s “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”. The show returns to screens on October 13th.
In the comics, Henry Heywood has his body reinforced and enhanced with steel devices and served in World War II with his abilities. His character is also the grandfather of Dr. Nate Heywood (Nick Zano). The roles of the other JSA members like Stargirl, Obsidian and Dr. Mid-Nite have yet to be cast.
