Despite his “The Man from U.N.C.L.E” remake falling through at Warner Brothers the other week, Steven Soderbergh isn’t taking a break.
Soderbergh and writer Scott Z. Burns have teamed up to pitch “The Bitter Pill” this week with multiple bids already being made for this thriller set in the world of psychopharmacology reports Heat Vision.
Plot details aren’t forthcoming. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is producing alongside Burns and Gregory Jacobs, the latter two having teamed with Soderbergh on the recent “Contagion”.
Soderbergh has both the spy action movie “Haywire” and the male-stripper dramedy “Magic Mike” opening in the first half of next year.
