Stephenie Meyer Options “Dark Hall”

“Twilight” author Stephenie Meyer’s Fickle Fish Films has optioned the film rights to Lois Duncan’s 1974 young adult suspense novel “Down a Dark Hall” says Variety.

The story is set around the haunted and tragic past of Blackwood boarding school and its mysterious students as one newcomer must unravel the mystery.

“Twilight” film series producer Wyck Godfrey is in talks to produce. Duncan’s works “Hotel for Dogs” and “I Know What You Did Last Summer” were previously adapted for the big screen.
