Stars Talk “Bourne 6,” “Fantastic 2” Possibilities

With the casts of “Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation” and “Fantastic Four” doing press tours, a few key quotes have come up from some of the stars of those films.

First up Jeremy Renner spoke with ScreenRant about the Bourne franchise which he became a part of playing Aaron Cross in “The Bourne Legacy”. With Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass returning to the franchise for the next outing, it’s already been indicated Renner’s character won’t cross paths with Damon in the next film.

If the studio did decide to do it in another sequel though, Renner was asked if he’d be up for it. He says: “Yeah, I mean in two seconds. I love that world. I love the character. If they want to do that, I’m in. there’s no ‘no’ coming from this direction.”

Meanwhile, the “Fantastic Four” cast was asked by ComicBook.com about what they would like to see in the film’s sequel in terms of potential villains or antagonists. Actor Jamie Bell says: “You can’t get away from Silver Surfer. I know chronologically speaking that was the next villain in the previous franchise but I think Silver Surfer is cool looking.”

Michael B. Jordan on the other hand has a fresher idea: “Namor is a cool one, by far, he’s the strongest mutant. You know what I’m saying? Maybe not by far, but he’s the strongest mutant. It would be a pretty interesting battle, the Fantastic Four vs. Namor.”
