John Stamos tells The New York Daily News he’s conceptualizing a big screen version of the nearly two decade old sitcom that made him, and the Olsen twins, stars – “Full House”.
“I’m working on a movie idea, but it wouldn’t be us playing us” says Stamos. Story wise “I’m not 100% sure, but it [events] would probably take place in the first few years [of the series]”
The classic sitcom followed a recently widowed man (Bob Saget) raising his three daughters with the help of his rock star brother-in-law (Stamos) and his cartoon-obsessed friend (Dave Coulier).
Who’d he wish for the roles? Steve Carell, James Franco and Tracy Morgan for three guys according to the former sitcom star.
