Several outlets are reporting that we may not be getting the first “Avengers 4” trailer this week because Marvel Studios will be unveiling something else – the first trailer for “Spider-Man: Far From Home”.
Specifically said trailer is tipped to debut on Saturday, December 8th, during the Sony Pictures panel at Comic-Con Experience in San Paulo, Brazil. It will then make its way online shortly after.
Considering the last we saw of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker was him turning to dust, whether the trailer will touch upon it isn’t clear.
Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, and Jacob Batalon reprising their roles from “Spider-Man: Homecoming” and are joined by Jake Gyllenhaal as the villainous Mysterio along with Samuel L. Jackson‘s Nick Fury and Coby Smulders’ Maria Hill.
The trailer’s timing makes sense with the animated “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” hitting cinemas next week. That film is boasting some sterling reviews.
