Though filming has been underway on the new James Bond film for some time, one more name has joined the cast of Sam Mendes’ “Spectre” which opens this Fall.
EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Sony Pictures Entertainment have announced that Stephanie Sigman has signed on to play a mysterious character currently known only as ‘Estrella’.
The film sees a cryptic message from Bond’s past sending him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth.
Sigman is known for her roles in films such as “Miss Bala” and “Pioneer,” along with FX’s U.S. remake of “The Bridge,” and is part of the cast of the upcoming series “Narcos”.
