Smit Mc-Phee Does “Right One” Remake?

Young Aussie actror Kodi Smit Mc-Phee (“Romulus My Father,” “The Road”) has joined the cast of the US remake of last year’s acclaimed Swedish vampire flick “Let the Right One In” says The Herald Sun via Moviehole.

Entitled “Let Me In” and inspired by John Avide Lindgvist’s book, the story follows a young boy that develops a tight bond with a vampire girl. Mc-Phee hasn’t signed as yet but the actor indicates it looks like a lock.

“Cloverfield” director Matt Reeves helms the remake which begins shooting later this year for release in 2010.
