1. "Pilot"
When everyone on Flight 627 dies horribly, FBI agent Olivia Dunham investigates while her partner and lover John Scott is in a coma. Her only chance is Dr. Walter Bishop, who has been institutionalized, and with his son's help they try to solve the case.
2. "The Same Old Story"
Olivia, Peter and Walter investigate the strange death of a woman who had an even stranger child. The woman was pregnant for only hours, yet the baby she birthed was fully developed - and also aged 80 years in the span of a few minutes.
3. "The Ghost Network"
Roy McComb, a man who claims to receive visions from God, sees passengers on a bus caught in a gas attack that solidifies the air around them, asphyxiating them. Now the team must use Roy's visions to find the man responsible.
4. "The Arrival"
The team investigates a strange cylinder, found in a deadly explosion at a construction site in New York City. The cylinder was in the middle of the explosion and was completely unharmed. Olivia uncovers a correlation between different disturbing events.

The team investigates the case of a man who can generate electrical phenomena and is at the center of a series of strange deaths involving electronic devices.
6. "The Cure"
The team investigates a woman that re-appears after weeks of being missing with a rare disease, and she inexplicably causes pain and death to the people she meets. Peter strikes a deal with Nina Sharp and a truth about Olivia is discovered.
7. "In Which We Meet Mr. Jones"
A genetically-engineered parasite mysteriously latches onto a FBI agent's heart. Agent Dunham rushes to Germany to meet a prisoner for information about the threat they face.
8. "The Equation"
Walter's former bunkmate at the mental institute is linked to the abduction of a young musical prodigy by a serial kidnapper. Peter is concerned when Walter insists on going back to the mental institute to solve the case.
9. "The Dreamscape"
A Massive Dynamic employee leaps to his death after hallucinating a butterfly attack. Agent Scott proves useful in investigating the case, but a frustrated Olivia wants to remove him from her consciousness once and for all.
10. "Safe"
The team is called in to investigate a bank robbery when one of the thieves is found embedded in a solid wall. Walter believes they're after something of his, but things take a turn for the worse when the thieves ambush one of them.
11. "Bound"
After undergoing a strange medical procedure, Olivia escapes her abductors only to discover she's the target of investigation by a vengeful Homeland Security consultant. The team investigates the case of an epidemiologist who was killed by a giant cold virus.
12. "The No-Brainer"
Olivia, Walter and Peter are brought in to try and stop a killer with the ability to reach people through their computers and liquefy the human brain.
13. "The Transformation"
Olivia and Peter go undercover to investigate after the discovery of bizarre remains at a jumbo jet's crash site.
14. "Ability"
The German authorities interrogate Olivia in an attempt to locate Mr. Jones. Meanwhile, the team investigates a bizarre series of incidents where the victims' facial orifices close over, leaving them faceless corpses.
15. "Inner Child"
An enigmatic mute child is found living underground and begins to bond with Olivia. The FBI hunt a bizarre serial killer who has resurfaced to publicly display his work. The child leads Olivia to breaks in the case, using a strange empathic ability.
16. "Unleashed"
When animal rights activists ransack a laboratory, they accidentally release a man-made chimera with a ferocious appetite. Walter suspects that his research helped to create it. Charlie survives an encounter but could be an incubator for its offspring.
17. "Bad Dreams"
Olivia witnesses a suicide in Grand Central Station while asleep and dreaming in Boston. As the Fringe division investigates the strange occurrence, the incidents begin to worsen, impacting Olivia in devastating ways. New details emerge about her childhood.
18. "Midnight"
The investigation into the death's of people whose bodies are drained of their spinal fluid leads the Fringe Division to a scientist with ties to the sinister bioterrorist cell ZFT. Olivia, Peter and Walter go to desperate lengths to solve the case.
19. "The Road Not Taken"
Olivia has some bad dreams that end up coming true, and then begins seeing visions while awake that aren't really there. She uses these visions to help solve the case of a woman who spontaneously combusted.
20. "There's More Than One of Everything"
Someone close to Fringe Division is attacked, and bioterrorist David Robert Jones returns. Meanwhile, Walter disappears inexplicably.
