Shimizu Directs “The Shock Labyrinth”

Takashi Shimizu (“The Grudge”) recently wrapped up directing the 3D live-action movie “The Shock Labyrinth” for Fortissimo Films says The Hollywood Reporter.

Daisuke Hosaka’s script takes place in a theme park near Mount Fuji and follows a group of teens dealing with the shock return of a friend they had assumed to be dead.

Masayuki Tanishima, Dai Miyazaki and Satoru Ogura serve as producers. Shooting commenced early July and has just wrapped with post-production underway.
