Sevigny In, Moore Out Of “Lovelace”

Chloe Sevigny is rounding out the cast of Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman’s “Lovelace”, a biopic of “Deep Throat” porn star turned anti-porn activist Linda Lovelace for Millennium Films which is currently shooting in Los Angeles reports Reuters.

Sevigny will portray Rebecca, a feminist journalist on freelance assignment for a men’s magazine to find out who the real Linda Lovelace (Amanda Seyfried) is. She joins a cast that includes Peter Sarsgaard, Debi Mazar, Cory Hardrict, Adam Brody, Eric Roberts, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, Wes Bentley, Sharon Stone and Juno Temple.

She joins the cast just as Demi Moore, who was set to play feminist activist-author Gloria Steinem in a cameo, has now dropped out for medical reasons.

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends” said her publicity firm in an official statement.
