Seth MacFarlane Goes Live-Action With “Ted”

“Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane will make his directorial debut on the R-rated comedy “Ted” for Universal Pictures and Media Rights Capital reports Deadline New York.

The $65 million feature revolves around “a man and his teddy bear”. The comedy is described as a ‘hard R’ rater, and will be live-action mixed with computer animation.

MacFarlane, who co-wrote the script with Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild, will also co-star and provide the voice of the titular CG-animated Ted.
