Production is still underway on the second season of the DC Universe and Netflix live-action series “Titans” and now a new behind-the-scenes photo from the set is up showing off the first look at young Australian actor Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent/Superboy.
In the series, Superboy is an angsty Teenager of Steel searching for purpose and the truth about his past. While looking for answers, he crashes into the world of the Titans and finds an unlikely home and surrogate family as well as revelations that carry more complications than he ever bargained for.
The new season also features Esai Morales as Deathstroke, Chella Man as Deathstroke’s son Jericho Wilson, Chelsea T. Zhang as Deathstroke’s daughter Rose Wilson (aka The Ravager), Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne, Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves and Drew Van Acker as Aqualad.
Brenton Thwaites, Teagan Croft, Anna Diop, Alan Ritchson, Minka Kelly, Seamus Dever, Bruno Bichir and Lindsey Gort are all returning from the first season. Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter serve as executive producers.
The photo comes as DC Universe has revealed that actress Sanaa Lathan will play Catwoman in the adult-oriented animated series “Harley Quinn” for the service. That series premieres in October.
