“Scoundrels,” “Unsane,” “Inpatient” Set New Dates

The Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson-led remake of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” previously titled “Nasty Women,” has been set for an August 10th 2018 release by Annapurna.

Chris Addison helms the currently untitled film in which the pair play scam artists who compete to see who can take a tech prodigy for all he’s worth.

That’s not the only release date announcement today with news that Steven Soderbergh’s iPhone-shot horror film “Unsane,” which was filmed in under two weeks, has set a March 23rd 2018 release with the picture expected to get a wide release via Bleecker Street.

Jay Pharoah, Juno Temple, Claire Foy, Amy Irving, and Aimee Mullins star in the film which has been described as “reality-type horror”.

Finally, and speaking of horror, the PSVR title “The Inpatient” has been delayed. Supermassive Games (“Until Dawn”) will release the title on January 23rd next year. The psychological horror game has players trapped in a mental ward back during the 1950s at a place known as the Blackwood Sanatorium.
