Scott Rudin To Produce “Flash Boys” Film

Sony Pictures and producer Scott Rudin are closing a deal to acquire Michael Lewis’ book “Flash Boys” which has been described as an anti-“Wolf of Wall Street”.

The work follows a group of Wall Street guys who grew frustrated by a loophole that gave traders the opportunity to game the stock market.

They banded together to reform the financial markets by creating an exchange which ultimately invalidated high-frequency trading, a growing form of trading that gave insiders an advantage.

The group walked away from huge money jobs to investigate big banks, stock exchanges and high frequency trading firms and expose the rigged game for what it is.
