Sam Neill and Michael Caton are set to lead the cast of “RAMS,” the upcoming English-language adaptation of the acclaimed 2015 Cannes premiering Icelandic comedy-drama of the same name.
Jeremy Sims directs the project which is shooting in Western Australia’s Great Southern region. Neill and Caton play estranged brothers who work on adjoining sheep farms and have not spoken to each other for four decades.
The pair are forced to work together when a rare disease threatens their flocks. Jules Duncan adapted the script while Janelle Landers and Aidan O’Bryan are producing. Neill and Caton previously teamed on “Last Cab to Darwin”.
