Rudolph, Crews, Short To Voice “The Willoughbys”

Maya Rudolph, Terry Crews, Martin Short, Jane Krakowski and Sean Cullen have joined the voice cast of Bron Animation’s “The Willoughbys” based on Lois Lowry’s 2010 children’s book of the same name.

The story follows the four Willoughby children who have been abandoned by their selfish parents (Short and Krakowski) and embark on a wild adventure through the modern world.

On the way, they have adventures with a cat, an orphan, a nanny (Rudolph) and a candy mogul (Crews). Cullen will voice twins who make up two of the four Willoughby children. Ricky Gervais is the film’s narrator and one of the executive producers.

The project is being written and directed by Kris Pearn with Cory Evans co-directing and is currently in pre-production at Bron’s studio in Burnaby, British Columbia. Additional casting is currently underway.
