Rudin Opens A Dangerous Book

Producer Scott Rudin has landed film rights to Conn and Hal Iggulden’s best-selling book “The Dangerous Book for Boys” and will produce the adaptation for Walt Disney Pictures reports the trades.

Penned in the form of a how-to manual, the various chapters deal with subjects ranging from famous historical battles and coin tricks, to the best way to make archery equipment and go-carts.

A more traditional narrative structure is expected to be formed for the film version which covers the issue of a father coming to terms with his son growing up.
