Rock Plans A “Die Hard In China”-Style Film

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has added yet another film to his already overpack schedule, the actor set to re-team with his “Central Intelligence” director Rawson Thurber Marshall.

Deadline reports that the project is being pitched as “Die Hard in China” and will find the actor up against unexpected, ludicrous odds while stuck in China. Sony, Universal, Lionsgate and Paramount are all said to be throwing out major bids for the film.

The news comes on top of talk this week about a potential “Fast and Furious” spin-off dealing with Johnson’s Luke Hobbs character.
