Emma Roberts and Taissa Farmiga are set to return for the eighth season of FX’s anthology series “American Horror Story”.
Show creator and producer Ryan Murphy recently announced that the upcoming season will be a crossover of the first and third seasons and has now reportedly confirmed Roberts and Farmiga returning as their characters Madison Montgomery and Zoe Benson.
This will mark the first time the actresses have starred alongside each other since the show’s third season ‘Coven’ in 2013. Farmiga played key, but different, roles in both the first and third season so it’s unclear if she’ll also reprise her first season character role Violent Harmon.
Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Jessica Lange, Denis O’Hare, Angela Bassett, and Kathy Bates co-star in the series with the new season premiering in September on FX.
