Robert Zemeckis To Direct “Chaos Walking”

Following his return to live-action filmmaking with last year’s “Flight,” Robert Zemeckis is now in early talks to direct the adaptation of Patrick Ness’ popular young adult novel “Chaos Walking” for Lionsgate and Quadrant Pictures.

Celebrated scribe Charlie Kaufman is adapting the script for the story set on a dystopian world where there are no women.

On top of that, all living creatures can hear each others’ thoughts in a stream of images, words, and sounds called Noise. Doug Davison is producing.
