Robert De Niro is set to star in Scott Mann’s $15 million action thriller “Bus 757” in Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films.
The story follows a casino card dealer who puts together a crew to simultaneously rob a bank and hijack a bus full of hostages to use as collateral.
De Niro play ‘The Pope’, a casino owner with illegitimate business practices whose assets are the targets of the heist.
Stephen Sepher penned the film which begins filming in September in Baton Rouge. Randall Emmett and George Furla are producing.
