Riverdale Star Luke Perry Suffers A Stroke

“Riverdale” and “Beverly Hills 90210” star Luke Perry has reportedly suffered a massive stroke and is currently under observation in hospital reports TMZ.

Paramedics responded to 52-year-old Perry’s home in Sherman Oaks around 9:40am and he was transported to a nearby hospital. His condition right now is unclear.

Perry currently plays the father of Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) on The CW’s “Riverdale” and had been shooting episodes recently in L.A. on the Warner Bros. lot.

The medical crisis hit within less than a day after FOX announced plans to air a revival of “Beverly Hills 90210” this Summer, the series that made him famous in the 1990s. Perry and co-star Shannen Doherty were the only two of the main cast who had not signed on to the project.
