Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson and Gary Oldman have signed on to star in the action thriller “Hitman’s Bodyguard” for Millennium Films. Jeff Wadlow (“Kick-Ass 2”) is directing from a script by Tom O’Connor.
The story centers on the world’s top protection agent (Reynolds) who has a new client: a newly retired assassin with a mutual loathing of each other.
They’re now stuck together and have 24 hours to get to the Hague. Oldman will play a villain in the film which will shoot in the United Kingdom, Amsterdam and Sofia from April 4th.
Mark Gill, John Thompson, Matt O’Toole and Les Weldon are producing.
