“Juno” helmer Jason Reitman is proving a very busy bee.
Out doing promotion for the George Clooney-led “Up in the Air”, he revealed two further films that have joined his schedule. He tells USA Today that he is currently penning an adaptation of Joyce Maynard’s coming of age novel “Labor Day”.
The story follows a horny thirteen-year-old boy from New Hampshire who learns some valuable life lessons over a five-day Labor Day weekend.
The Wall Street Journal meanwhile says he and “Rachel Getting Married” scribe Jenny Lumet, daughter of legendary director Sidney Lumet, are working together on a film called “See Also: Sambo” which deals with multicultural issues.
