Refn, Cornish, Lin Up For “Die Hard 5”

Over the weekend came confirmation that Noam Murro was out as director of a fifth “Die Hard” and 20th Century Fox was looking at “Max Payne” and “Behind Enemy Lines” director John Moore to replace him.

Now three more names have emerged as possible candidates for the gig – Joe Cornish (“Attack the Block”), Justin Lin (“Fast Five”) and Nicolas Winding Refn (“Drive”) says Deadline.

The story reportedly has John McClane and his son stuck in Russia. Noam Murro was the studio’s first choice but his commitment to “300: Battle of Artemisia” has prevented that.
