Gemma Arterton, Vanessa Redgrave, Terence Stamp and Christopher Eccleston have alll signed on to star in Paul Andrew Williams’ London-set comedy drama “Song For Marion” at Steel Mill Pictures says Screen Daily
Stamp plays a grumpy pensioner who is reluctantly inspired by his beloved wife Marion (Redgrave) to join a highly unconventional local choir.
At odds with his son (Eccleston) it is left to choir director (Arterton) to try and persuade Arthur that he can learn to embrace life.
Williams (“Cherry Tree Lane”) will also produce. Shooting kicks off July 18 in the North East of the UK.
