In the wake of “Avengers: Infinity War” being moved up a week in the United States, the Dwayne Johnson-led action thriller video game adaptation “Rampage” is following suit – shifting from April 20th to April 13th.
The move gives Johnson’s film a full two weeks before the Marvel juggernaut hits screens on April 27th and follows in the wake of the “Jumanji” sequel with Johnson that has overperformed and racked up $930 million in worldwide grosses.
Johnson, who today graciously accepted his Razzie award for “Baywatch” in a video clip, stars in “Rampage” as a primatologist who must stop the result of a rogue genetic experiment which mutates three creatures into giant beasts destroying everything in their path.
