In arguably the strangest story of the day, Sylvester Stallone has revealed that he currently has people in one of the world’s most dangerous hot spots right now garnering intel for the next “Rambo” movie.
Speaking with The Washington Times during an appearance at Comic-Con on Friday to promote his upcoming “Rocky” spin-off “Creed,” Stallone said:
“We have teams scouting Iraq and parts of Syria where ISIS have their greatest strongholds. We’re working with the locals there to help deliver the most intense and realistic Rambo movie experience ever.”
Asked for further clarification on his plans, Stallone say only that he’s “really excited to talk about Creed today” and would not talk further about the film.
“Rambo: Last Blood” will see the actor take on the role of John Rambo for one last time, and he has previously described it as his version of “The Guns of Navarone”.
