Radcliffe, Caplan, Chou Set For “Now” Sequel

Daniel Radcliffe (“Harry Potter”), Lizzy Caplan (“Masters of Sex”) and Jay Chou (“The Green Hornet”) are all officially onboard the upcoming “Now You See Me” sequel at Lionsgate/Summit Entertainment.

Daniel Radcliffe will play Walter, the son of Michael Caine’s character. Jay Chou is playing a character called Li. Lizzy Caplan is the new female lead Lula, who seems to be replacing Isla Fisher who is not returning.

The trio join the likes of Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine who are all coming back for the follow-up which opens June 10th 2016. Here’s the official synopsis:

“One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their mind-bending spectacles, the Four Horsemen resurface in Now You See Me 2 only to find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet.”

Jon M. Chu helms from a script by Pete Chiarelli and Ed Solomon. Bobby Cohen, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are producing.
