Third Sherlock Holmes Set In Old West

Quantic Dream
Former PlayStation exclusives “Heavy Rain,” “Beyond Two Souls” and “Detroit Become Human” are all coming to PC for the first time via the Epic Store. Specific release dates have not been set.

Quantic Dream, the company behind all three titles which are more interactive narratives than games as such, has made an exclusive deal with Epic for the PC ports of all three titles. Epic also announced other games that will be released exclusively in its store including “Control,” “Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey” and “The Sinking City”. [Source: Variety]

Jekyll and Hyde
Oscar-winning “Birdman” scribe and “The Revenant” producer Alexander Dinelaris is spearheading a film adaptation of the 1997 Broadway musical “Jekyll and Hyde”. Loosely based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s novella, the project features music from Frank Wildhorn.

Dinelaris is writing and producing the adaptation through his Lexicon company and Bluestone Entertainment. Rob Quadrino and Richard Saperstein will produce. [Source: Variety]

The Other Mrs.
Netflix has acquired the rights to Mary Kubica’s upcoming suspense novel “The Other Mrs.” with plans for a feature film adaptation. The story follows a family who inherit a house on a small, remote island off the coast of Maine. They jump at the chance to make a fresh start, but the eerie new home comes with some challenges and when a neighbor turns up dead, the entire tight-knit island community rallies against them. Opposite of Always
Paramount Players has closed a deal for the Justin A. Reynolds’ young adult novel “Opposite Of Always”. Marty Bowen, John Fischer, and Isaac Klausner will produce. When Jack and Kate meet at a party, bonding until sunrise, Jack knows he’s falling hard. Soon she’s meeting his best friends and winning them over.
