Carrie and Me
Tina Fey, Steven Rogers and Eric Gurian are set to produce a film adaptation of Carol Burnett’s 2014 memoir “Carrie and Me: A Mother-Daughter Love Story” for Focus Features. Ian and Eshom Nelms have written the screenplay and no director or cast have been set yet.

The book sees Burnett looking back at her life as a working mother, actress and producer through the lens of her relationship with her daughter Carrie Hamilton, who died of pneumonia at age 38 in 2002. [Source: THR]

Animal Kingdom
The fourth season of TNT’s “Animal Kingdom” returns shortly with the ruthless Cody crime family back and as much of a threat to each other as they are to their targets. Ellen Barkin, Shawn Hatosy, Ben Robson, Jake Weary, Finn Cole, and Sohvi Rodriguez star in the series while Emily Deschanel has a recurring role this year.

Stranger Things
Universal Studios has announced that Netflix series “Stranger Things” will return to Halloween Horror Nights this year, and a new teaser video is out to celebrate it.

Last year’s mazes were focused on the show’s first season, whereas this year they will be inspired by seasons two and three. The creators and executive producers of the show have once again united with the theme park teams to help produce the most authentic representations possible.

You vs. Wild
Netflix has released the trailer for its eight-episode interactive adventure “You Vs. Wild” premiering April 10th and featuring survivalist/host Bear Grylls as he forages across uncharted terrain. You decide what he does, leaving his fate completely in your hands
