They retired from the franchise with “Skyfall,” then they were brought back to give some polish to “Spectre,” and now James Bond film series scribes Neal Purvis and Robert Wade are once again returning to the 007 franchise.
The Daily Mail’s Baz Bamigboye reports that the pair will return to script the upcoming 25th entry in the series. Purvis and Wade have worked on the script for every Bond film since 1999’s “The World is Not Enough”.
Actor Daniel Craig has not yet made a decision as to whether or not he’ll return as 007, so it’ll be interesting to see what direction the writer’s will take. Sam Mendes, who helmed the previous two films, won’t be returning as director.
No production or release date has yet been set for the next film in the series.
