Pulsipher Replaces Duff On “Bonnie”

“True Blood” actress Lindsay Pulsipher will replace Hilary Duff in “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde” for Cypress Moon Studios says The Hollywood Reporter.

Tonya S. Holly wrote the script and will direct the film which delivers a new take on the story of two of the most famous fugitives in modern American history.

Hilary Duff and Kevin Zegers were both originally cast in the title roles but both have bowed out due to scheduling issues, Duff’s recently announced pregnancy led to talk that she was fired – a claim the producers have denied.

Filming will take place in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and likely Missouri later this year.
