Production On Bond 24 Begins In December

Filming is slated to officially begin on the next James Bond film on December 6th 2014 reports MI6 HQ. Director Sam Mendes will apparently assemble his cast for a table read of the screenplay in late November at Pinewood Studios.

Casting for the film’s key villain and Bond girl roles is very much underway with announcements due over the next few months. Several Scandanavian actresses have tested for a secondary role, but the primary Bond girl in this outing is said to be British.

In previous years, the film’s title is announced at the start of production media launch, meaning we should expect to hear that announcement in either the last week of November of the first week of December.

Filming is slated to take place in Austria, Italy, Morocco and of course at Bond’s U.K. home base of Pinewood Studios. The film itself is slated for release on November 6th 2015.
