Production Begins On “Avengers: Infinity War”

Production has officially begun today on the highly-anticipated “Avengers: Infinity War” with directors Anthony and Joe Russo posting a photo showing several trailers (the on-set kind).

The double feature is expected to assemble a giant cast of characters from both “The Avengers” and “Guardians of the Galaxy” films. Over the weekend actor Dave Bautista confirmed on Twitter that despite his involvement in the film, the security is so tight he hasn’t seen a script yet and he begins filming today.

His comments followed actors Jeremy Renner and Elisabeth Olsen saying essentially the same thing whilst attending Sundance. Olsen also confirmed she doesn’t filming her scenes until April.

Marvel co-president Louis D’Esposito has also posted a photo on social media indicating he spends his mornings on the set of “Black Panther” and his afternoons on “Infinity War”. Both films open in early 2018.

Day #1 of Infinity.
