One of the original Power Rangers looks to be making a cameo in the upcoming cinematic revival of the franchise at Lionsgate.
Jason David Frank, who played Tommy Oliver a.k.a. The Green/White Ranger on the original “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” has revealed that he has already been having conversations with those behind the new film.
The actor and MMA fighter recently spoke with ComicBook.com at the Nashville Wizard World Comic Con where they asked about his possible return:
“I probably will be involved. They talked to me about it. I don’t know how much I am involved, but for sure cameos at least in the reboot movie.”
He also adds that with everyone being very secretive about the film, he’s not sure of the extent of his involvement in the project which “X-Men: First Class” scribes Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz are penning.
