Planned “Fatal Attraction” TV Series Scrapped

FOX has reportedly opted not to proceed with the planned event series remake of Adrian Lyne’s 1987 psycho-sexual thriller classic “Fatal Attraction”.

The network put the project in development in 2015 and had “Mad Men” producers Maria and Andre Jacquemetton executive producing and writing.

Paramount Television and 20th Century Fox TV were to produce the project with casting underway late last year until Fox chiefs scrapped the project after receiving the script and failing to land “Transformers” star Megan Fox in the lead role.
