With the AFM currently on in California, a whole lot of first look photos are ending up online for a bunch of different projects. Amongst them are:
Fast and Furious 7
The latest photo from the set of the next entry in the car-centric action series shows Vin Diesel and UFC champ Ronda Rousey together at a lavish party.
The James Wan directed film also stars Paul Walker, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, Lucas Black, Kurt Russell, Tyrese Gibson, and Djimon Hounsou.
Untitled Cameron Crowe Project
The first photo of Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone on the set of Cameron Crowe’s untitled new Hawaii-set comedy. Rachel McAdams, Danny McBride, Jay Baruchel, Alec Baldwin, Bill Murray and John Krasinski also star.
Cooper plays a military contract on a secret assignment in Hawaii who teams with an Air Force pilot (Stone) to scuttle a major military launch.
The first three photos are out from “The Departed” writer William Monahan’s new directorial effort “Mojave”. Garrett Hedlund, Oscar Isaac and Walton Goggins star.
Hedlund plays a writer-director battling depression. Deciding on the spur of the moment to head out to the desert, he comes into contact with a drifter (Isaac) he can’t quite fathom.
Three Days to Kill
The first photos are up of Amber Heard and Kevin Costner filming the McG-directed, Luc Besson-scripted action thriller “Three Days to Kill”.
Kevin Costner plays a terminally ill Secret Service agent who attempts to compete one final mission, while taking an experimental drug treatment that produces hallucinatory side effects. Heard is the drug’s supplier.
The Woman in Black: Angel of Death
The first photos are out of Jeremy Irvine, Helen McCrory and Oaklee Pendergast in Hammer’s upcoming sequel to 2012’s “The Woman in Black”.
Set four decades on during the WWII Blitz, the story follows a a group of schoolchildren and their teachers who end up at the haunted Eel Marsh House. Filming began this week at Pinewood Studios.
Kill Me Three Times
A blackmail and revenge thriller tale involving a young singer (Alice Braga), a mercurial assassin (Simon Pegg), a gambling addict (Sullivan Stapleton), and a small town Lady Macbeth (Teresa Palmer).
Luke Hemsworth, Bryan Brown and Callan Mulvey also star in the film which is currently shooting in Australia.
Maps to the Stars
The first two images are out from David Cronenberg’s latest effort, the Hollywood satire “Maps to the Stars”.
Julianne Moore, Mia Wasikowska, John Cusack, Robert Pattinson and Sarah Gadon all star in the film about an “archetypical Hollywood dynasty” where each of the family members is seriously screwed up in one way or another.
Next comes a shot of Paul Walker in the acion thriller “Brick Mansions”. Walker plays a detective tracking down a drug dealer who has stolen a WMD.
He teams with someone familiar with the ‘Brick Mansions’ ghetto (parkour expert David Belle) to help him track down the villain. RZA also stars.
10 Things I Hate About Life
Evan Rachel Wood and Thomas McDonnell star in this comedy of a suicidal young man and woman who meet and fall in love, their wild emotional states lead to them forming a bond.
In an unusual process, the film took a year-long hiatus partway through production and will resume filming in Los Angeles and Malibu on December 11th.
A new photo from an adaptation of Gustave Flaubert’s classic novel about a woman who has adulterous affairs and lives beyond her means in order to escape her banal provincial life.
Mia Wasikowska stars in the project which is currently filming in Normandy, France. Ezra Miller, Paul Giamatti, Rhys Ifans, and Logan Marshall-Green also star.
Next comes a shot of Salma Hayek looking badass in the first photo from the Joe Lynch-directed action thriller “Everly”.
Hayek plays a woman involved with a leader of the Yakuza. After becoming an informant for the FBI, she’s ultimately found out and must get out before she gets killed.
A musical drama about identical twin brothers separated at birth during the Great Depression. The boys shared musical passions leads to their lives intersecting.
Blake Rayne plays the twins, while Ray Liotta, Ashley Judd, Brian Geraghty, Seth Green, Amandra Crew and Joe Pantoliano also star. The film sports over 20 original songs over three volumes spanning the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
