Rising star and smug looking British blondie Alex Pettyfer (“Beastly,” “I Am Number Four”) is linked to no less than three new projects this week.
Firstly Pettyfer and “White Collar” star Matt Bomer have both signed on for the recently re-titled “Now”, Andrew Niccol’s sci-fi thriller with Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried previously titled “I’m.mortal” reports Deadline. The roles are said to be starring but details aren’t available on either part.
The same report also indicates that Pettyfer, Aaron Johnson and Max Irons are among several contenders for the lead in Bryan Singer’s upcoming fable adaptation “Jack The Giant The Killer” which kicks off filming next Spring. Right now though it’s “Kick Ass” star Johnson who is apparently the favourite.
Lastly, The New York Times reports that Pettyfer to star in and produce a biographical film about the colourful life of Formula One racing driver James Hunt. John Palermo will also produce.
