With the change in the schedule of production on HBO’s “Game of Thrones” from its usual dates, a window has opened up in beloved actor Peter Dinklage’s schedule – one which the makers of “Avengers: Infinity War” intend to exploit.
Dinklage is in early talks for a key role in Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War”. The plan is to shoot the next two “Avengers” films back-to-back, with Dinklage expected to appear in both. Dinklage’s role is said to be major but unknown at this time.
Directors Anthony and Joe Russo will direct both films to be shot over much of 2017 in Atlanta. Both are written by screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely and will be shot entirely with IMAX cameras.
“Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War” is slated for a release in theaters on May 4th 2018 and the follow-up on May 3rd 2019.
