Paramount & Nickelodeon Go On Safari

Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Films have acquired Jeff Lowell’s untitled family adventure film spec script reports Variety.

The story is set in Tanzania and involve a mom, dad, boy and an older girl who, on safari, get stranded in the wild with the animals and violent bad guys, and ultimately must use their wits and cunning to make it out alive.

Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher will produce. Lowell’s credits include “Hotel for Dogs” and “John Tucker Must Die”.
