Padalecki Arrest Won’t Impact “Supernatural”

Padalecki Arrest Wont Impact Supernatural

Following his being arrested on two counts of misdemeanor assault and one of public intoxication over the weekend in Austin, “Supernatural” star Jared Padalecki has apparently already been released from custody.

As a result, production on the fifteenth and final season of The CW series is not currently affected by his arrest. Padalecki is a Texas native and is about halfway through production on the twenty-episode fifteenth and final season of the show.

He was home on a planned break when the incident happened and is not scheduled to be back at work in Vancouver until later this week.

Police were called to the Stereotype bar at 2am on October 27th where Padelecki allegedly struck a bartender in the face from inside the establishment and when a friend tried calming him down outside he got put into a headlock. Eventually, Padalecki was restrained by police.

Padalecki is next set to star in and executive produce “Walker,” a reimagining of CBS’ long-running 1990s action/crime series “Walker, Texas Ranger” for The CW.
