Pacino, Levinson Feel “The Humbling”

Al Pacino and director Barry Levinson are re-teaming yet again for an adaptation of the Philip Roth novel “The Humbling” for Millennium Films/Nu Image reports Deadline.

The story centers on a famous New York stage actor (Al Pacino) who is rejuvenated by retiring to his upstate New York farm and shacking up with random women.

Levinson, Buck Henry and Michael Zebede penned the screenplay adaptation and casting is expected to begin shortly. Shooting would kick off in the Fall.
