More TV trailers keep coming this weekend following that cluster of sci-fi show trailers yesterday.
First up, Starz has posted the trailer for the fifth season of their time-travel romance drama “Outlander”. Claire and Jamie are still in colonial America fighting for their family and the new home they forged, but she risks losing sight of what it means to protect herself.
Jamie notes that if the war she told him will come really is imminent, they would be safer in her real-time. The upcoming twelve-episode fifth season is the first in a two-season renewal order the network handed out last year with a sixth season already confirmed.
That’s not all though as Netflix has offered a full trailer for the second season of its award-winning and acclaimed dramedy series “The Kominsky Method” starring Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin as the pair are still living their lives to the fullest even in their later years.
The half-hour single-camera comedy about an actor and his agent as they continue their journey as two friends tackling life’s inevitable curveballs as they navigate their later years in Los Angeles. “The Kominsky Method” returns October 25th.
Finally, Nickelodeon has debuted a clip from their upcoming limited series revival of “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” with The Midnight Society being terrorized by a group of monsters. The limited series is set to premiere on October 11th.
Over three one-hour episodes, the series introduces an entirely new Midnight Society group of kids who tell a terrifying tale about the Carnival of Doom, only to have the events of the story come to life.
