Scarlett Johansson and Director Woody Allen are teaming up for a third time in Allen’s upcoming Spain-set project reports Variety.
The project marks her third starring role in Allen’s past four films, his most frequent use of an actress since his long runs with Mia Farrow and Diane Keaton.
Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz and Rebecca Hall also star. Shooting takes place for six weeks in Barcelona and one week in Asturias starting in July.
It’s expected that Allen’s post-Spain project will be shot in London again in 2008. His next film, “Cassandra’s Dream” starring Ewan McGregor & Colin Farrell, gets released later this year.
