Seeming like a pipe dream after years of teasing, Hello Games and Sony’s “No Man’s Sky” is finally making its way to PS4 and PC in a few weeks with the game already ‘gone gold’ and having been sent off to the manufacturer – no more delays, it’s done and is finally coming on August 9th.
Ahead of that, Sony has released a new trailer for the game, the first of four video pieces which aim to answer the big question that some still have – namely what the hell it is you actually do in the game. This first piece progiles the exploration aspect of the title which boasts a universe of 18,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets (and that’s not a typo).
“No Man’s Sky” offers exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated galaxy. Players can fly seamlessly from the surface of a planet to another, and every star in the sky is a sun that you can visit. Where you’ll go and how fast you’ll make your way through this universe is up to you.
