Adrien Brody and Michael Chiklis have joined the cast of indie comedy "High School" for Parallel Zide says Variety.

The story centers on a high school valedictorian who gets high with the school stoner and faces a drug test, then decides to get the entire school stoned so he can beat the test by making everyone fail.

Brody will portray a drug dealer and Chiklis will play the school principal. Warren Zide and Ray Markovich will produce.

John Stalberg Jr. is directing from the screenplay he wrote with Stephen Susco ("The Grudge"). Shooting begins November 8th in Detroit.
