Frank Borin will direct a film adaptation of "The Butcherhouse Chronicles" for Platinum Dunes and Paramount Pictures reports Variety.

Penned by Michael Hidalgo, the darkly comic horror stage show follows four high school students out to discover the truth behind a mysterious old property known as the Butcherhouse.

Music video director Borin has been attached to direct Lionsgate's "Kidnapped".
