Fox Atomic has acquired Peter Baynham's comedy pitch "Accidentes" as a potential vehicle for "Borat" star Sacha Baron Cohen says Variety.

Cohen will produce and possibly star as an ambulance-chasing personal injury lawyer of Latin descent who transforms from contingency attorney to hero of the working class when he helps an immigrant win a judgment against his wealthy employer after a landscaping mishap.

He also becomes the enemy of Los Angeles' power elite. Baynham and Cohen shared an Oscar nomination for scripting the "Borat" movie.
